HOW PATIENTS PAY Processing payments for spectacles, contact lenses or consultations has been made even easier with the introduction of our onsite Hicaps system. Now cash, cheques or any of the major credit cards can be receipted. Hicaps also allows us to claim your optical benefit directly from your private health fund, leaving you only to make a gap payment. This saves you time and means money is not taken out of your bank or credit account awaiting a refund cheque from the health fund. Those patients who have already had us process payment through Hicaps have been more than pleased. HEALTH FUND MEMBERS You can claim your full health fund rebate on all spectacles and contact lenses purchased here. Regardless of which health fund you belong to, if you have optical cover you are entitled to a full rebate on spectacles and contact lenses purchased at this practice.
